Your tasks:

Imagine standing on a construction site – brush and paint roller in hand – ready to transform walls into vibrant works of art. Your tasks include planning and carrying out painting and wallpapering work. Whether new construction projects, renovations, or minor repairs – you execute every project with precision and ensure it is completed to the fullest satisfaction of the customers.

Your experience and leadership style make you the ideal person to lead a team as a foreman. You not only coordinate the daily work but also ensure that safety standards are met and projects are completed on time.

Your profile:

With a recognized qualification as a Painter EFZ, you are well equipped for this position. Thanks to your many years of experience, you know how to perform high-quality work, and your independent working style allows you to keep an overview even in stressful situations.

Leading a small team comes naturally to you, and your leadership style is both motivating and cooperative. You hold a category B driving license and have access to your own car, allowing you to operate flexibly on various construction sites throughout the entire area of operation.

Your excellent German skills are essential for clear communication with customers and team members. Additional French skills are an advantage and open up the possibility to communicate with French-speaking customers without language barriers.
