This is your field of activity
- Case management with responsibility from the initial visit with needs assessment to the completion of the care process, mainly for clients in palliative or oncological situations
- Management of crisis situations
- Taking over daily responsibility
- Interface for interprofessional collaboration, especially with the Mobile Palliative Service
- Consultation and involvement of relatives
- Professional support of health professionals and nursing assistants around the topic of palliative care

This is how you convince us
- You have completed nursing training at tertiary level (HF/FH)
- You have completed or are willing to complete further training in palliative care (level B1)
- Your empathetic demeanor and resilience characterize your personality
- You enjoy interprofessional teamwork and want to develop yourself and your team colleagues in the field of palliative care
You are part of a committed team of around 20 colleagues. Careful onboarding by our experienced staff is normal for us. That means you are very independent – but never left alone.
