- Analysis of all possible endogenous substances, secretions, tissues and cells, such as blood, organ samples, urine and other body fluids, and examination of pathogens such as bacteria, fungi, parasites and viruses
- Use of high-tech devices and various chemical, biological and microscopic methods
- Responsibility for the accuracy of results to support diagnosis or confirmation of diseases
- Work with various specialist areas such as hematology, immunohematology, clinical chemistry, immunology, microbiology and other specialist areas
- Possible fields of work are hospital, private clinic, polyclinic, medical institute, private laboratory, group practice, research or industry
What you bring to this position
- 3-year basic training with a federal certificate of competence or technical college diploma or high school diploma
