Your Tasks

Comprehensive advice and support of customers within the framework of real estate sales mandates
Recording of properties and preparation of sales documentation
Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
Forwarding data to notaries for the creation of a purchase contract
Participation in specialist presentations at customer events
Customer acquisition and support of the marketing team
Collaboration in projects

What You Bring

Solid training or further education in the real estate or fiduciary sector is a prerequisite (e.g., real estate marketer or appraiser with FA, fiduciary with FA, architect or civil engineer FH)
Several years of experience in real estate marketing
High sales and consulting competence
Confident appearance and good manners as well as fluent German skills
