Your Tasks
- Holistic and professional care and support of internal medicine and geriatric patients (m/f/d) with multiple illnesses
- Promotion of mobility and independence (e.g., fall prevention, provision of aids)
- Management of chronic diseases and support in therapy adjustment
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation
- Proper and professional documentation
- Participation in ward and team meetings as well as rounds
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in elderly care or health and nursing care or as a nursing specialist
- Interest in further specialization in geriatrics desirable
