Your Tasks
As a specialist in facility management, you support the central department in daily professional support for our users. Together with an experienced small team, you work on the further development of data quality in the CAFM system as well as on the development and implementation of FM concepts and projects. In doing so, you ensure that data in the CAFM system is sensibly reused, newly created, and sustainably maintained. In addition, you analyze data and create project-related evaluations that serve as a basis for well-founded decisions. Another focus of your activity is the development of FM concepts, which you implement in a practical manner. Additionally, you develop templates, instructions, and documentation that support a structured and efficient way of working in facility management.
Your Profile
- Commercial or technical basic education or completed studies
- Experience in dealing with CAFM systems and comparably demanding tasks
- Knowledge in facility management or real estate is an advantage
- Independent, analytical, and precise way of working with high efficiency
- Strong affinity for numbers and enjoyment of complex databases
- Solid, verifiable knowledge in the use of Excel
- You are a team-oriented personality who enjoys sharing knowledge and developing solutions together
