• Technical leadership of a team of up to six employees
• Initiation, coordination, and supervision of projects in the field of electromechanical pre-assembly
• Responsibility for the mechanical assembly of electromechanical pre-assembly units
• Close collaboration and coordination with the departments of engineering, purchasing, and logistics
• Support of employees with technical questions and uncertainties
• Regular coordination with group and team management to ensure smooth processes
• Planning, organizing, and preparing upcoming tasks
• Training and technical instruction of new employees

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, preferably as an automation technician EFZ or automation mechanic EFZ
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong teamwork skills and high flexibility
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (requirement)
• Quality-conscious, reliable, and structured way of working
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Ideally experience with the E3 schematic software
