Hunting and Fishing Office of Graubünden | 80% | Filisur Region

The Hunting and Fishing Office is responsible for the populations of wildlife and fish as well as their habitats in the canton of Graubünden. Many species such as the wild capercaillie, black grouse, capercaillie, black grouse, and red deer have their main distribution areas in Graubünden. In recent years, large birds of prey such as the wolf and the golden eagle, or temporarily the bear, have immigrated back into Graubünden.

As a game warden, you work under the instruction of the district chief game warden and perform tasks related to care, hunting planning, fishery management, as well as hunting and fishing police. You know the planned area of operation and its waters well.

Monitor wildlife and fish populations as well as their habitats in the municipal area of Bravuogn Filisur
Conduct monitoring of various wild animal species
Support administrative work in the district

What we expect from you

Completed apprenticeship
Physically fit person
Practical experience in hunting and fishing in the canton of Graubünden
Knowledge of wild animal and fish species as well as their habitats
Shooting skills
Independent working style with a sense of responsibility
Good communication skills
Willingness to be on call for duty
Category B driving license
At least 20 years old
Fluent in spoken and written German
Good computer skills
