In factory logistics in Neuenegg, you ensure that our warehouse and shipping process runs smoothly, from goods receipt to loading. You are thus an important part of the daily supply of our production and, together with your team, ensure that our products are reliably and punctually dispatched.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Operations Employee / Factory Logistics (m/f/d)
- Outbound (Shipping): Your main task is to prepare, coordinate, and properly load shipments according to defined procedures.
- Goods Handling & Warehouse Operations: You carry out goods receipt and issue and take on internal transports in factory logistics - structured, safe, and on time.
- Inbound (Goods Receipt): You accept goods receipts, check and post them, and prepare the goods correctly labeled for storage and production.
- Forklift Operation: You operate counterbalance forklifts safely.
- Safety & Quality: You consistently adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality requirements and actively contribute to order/5S and improvements in daily warehouse operations.
- Training & Experience: You have successfully completed training as a logistics specialist EBA/EFZ or have several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally from a production company.
- Forklift License & Practice: You have a valid forklift license and operate counterbalance forklifts very safely.
- Reliability & Responsibility: You work carefully, take responsibility, and maintain a stable, reliable rhythm even during periods of high workload.
- Communication & Language: You have good German skills in spoken and written form and convince through clear, transparent, and respectful communication.
- Quality & Safety Awareness: Occupational safety, health protection, and compliance with internal quality standards are your highest priorities.
- Resilience & Fitness: You are flexible, resilient, and bring good physical fitness to optimally meet the daily demands in the warehouse.
