We are looking for an industry expert for our location in Zurich-Wallisellen to join our team as a "Priverian" and support us in achieving our goals.
Your tasks in detail
- Responsibility for a portfolio of residential properties with a small commercial share
- Professional leadership and support of your assistants
- Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing all rental activities
- Conducting handovers of apartments and ancillary objects as well as viewing appointments
- Competent handling of tenant concerns
- Checking utility cost statements
- Monitoring the structural condition of the properties and organizing maintenance work
- Preparing reports, control, and condition reports for the ownership
- Responsibility for budget planning and compliance
Your profile
- Completed basic training, ideally with a commercial qualification or comparable further education
- You have worked in property management for at least 3 years; the professional certificate in property management is an advantage
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; additional foreign languages are a plus
- You are courageous, flexible, and decisive, with an eye for the essentials
- Even as an experienced real estate professional, you enjoy taking on new challenges
