The Obere Mühle Villmergen offers comprehensive care and nursing for 88 seniors at its two locations in Villmergen and Dottikon. Tenants of the senior apartments can also benefit from our services. In Villmergen, the public restaurant ROSE and the beautiful sensory park complete the offer.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Health Specialist to start immediately or by arrangement.
Workload 80-100%
Area of responsibility
- Providing needs- and situation-appropriate care according to the care plan in all areas of daily living activities
- Needs- and situation-appropriate support in the area of living environment and daily life design in simple and complex situations
- Advising and supporting residents and their relatives
- Preparation and accompaniment of medical visits
- Ongoing management of care documentation and recording of RAI documentation
- Participation in reports and team meetings
Requirements profile
- Training as a Health Specialist
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Independent and competent working style as well as team-oriented action
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Good oral and written German skills
