- Prepare the various dishes daily in the cold and hot kitchen together with the team
- Represent the Restaurant Manager in their absence and ensure smooth operational processes

- Provide and deliver catering orders
- Operate the cash register as well as prepare daily accounts and perform other administrative tasks including placing orders

In the Cafeteria Verwyler in Bern, our host team with 4 employees spoils around 120 guests daily with a diverse offer: various menus, vegetarian options and a free choice buffet as well as snacks. Additionally, the gastronomy includes a staffed coffee bar and two beautiful terraces. Through the in-house catering offer, it is possible to order snacks and drinks for meetings or aperitifs. Regular company events and special occasions are held.
The Cafeteria Verwyler has introduced the "ONE TWO WE" program, which SV Switzerland developed in cooperation with WWF Switzerland for climate-friendly community catering. With this, the operation has committed to gradually reducing CO2 emissions. Therefore, the restaurant places great emphasis on seasonal, regional products and an attractive vegetarian cuisine.
You work from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The operation is closed on holidays and weekends.
