Your Tasks
- Resident administration from A to Z including invoicing
- Accounts receivable management including dunning
- Assistance with accounts payable management as well as monthly and annual closings
- Assistance in personnel administration (including payroll)
- Support of internal and external customers by phone and at the reception desk
- Various administrative tasks
Your Profile and Qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience
- Experience in accounting is an advantage
- Experience in personnel administration is an advantage
- Very good manners, empathy and sensitivity, enjoyment in contact with people
- Reliable, responsible and efficient way of working
- Passion for the profession, high quality awareness and strong service orientation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with all professional groups in a family-run company
- Networked thinking and acting
