The ***-Hotel al ponte is one of the leading conference hotels in the area. We have 54 hotel rooms with 130 beds. Our gastronomy area includes a guest room (40 seats), a well-kept à la carte restaurant (100 seats), and the gourmet room (30 seats) as well as seminar and banquet capacity for up to 220 people. Our house offers a rich and extensive selection of à la carte dishes, specialty menus, pizza, and pasta as well as business lunches.
As a supplement to our kitchen team, we are looking for a
KÔCHIN | COOK | CHEF DE PARTIE (20 to 100 %) starting from October 1st or by arrangement.
We offer a varied workplace in a modern hotel operation. We have a very lively à la carte restaurant. All kinds of events take place with us, including business meetings, seminars,
family celebrations, weddings, and catering events.
Your profile: Enjoyment of the cooking profession and hospitality | in the hotel industry v Successfully completed vocational training as a cook
v Professional experience in well-kept à la carte and banquet gastronomy v Strong implementation skills, initiative, resilience, confident appearance, communication, and teamwork skills v Good German language skills
Your tasks
As a qualified specialist, you value seasonal cuisine and are used to working with fresh products and ingredients. You work very quality-conscious, are reliable, and bring a high degree of flexibility and willingness to work. In the team, you master hectic situations with a cool
head and a smile. In addition, you want to expand and share your knowledge and skills.
