We are looking for you as a shift worker (early and late shifts).

• Working on modern Nakamura CNC lathes

• Setting up and operating Nakamura CNC multi-spindle lathes

• Independent quality control of manufactured parts
• Securing and optimizing production processes with the team

• Completed technical basic training as a Polymechanic EFZ or several years of experience in turning
• Strong quality awareness and enjoyment of precise, clean work
• Team-oriented personality with motivation to actively contribute
• Willingness and interest to help shape and continuously improve processes
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
