The Vocational School Uster – Business and Technology (BFSU) is the competence center for training and further education in the professional fields of business, automation, electronics, and computer science. It is actively involved in the implementation of the megatrend digitalization. Around 1500 learners complete their vocational training or obtain the vocational baccalaureate here. Together with the partner schools in the Uster Education Center, BFSU offers a diverse continuing education program. About 200 teachers and lecturers teach in basic and further education.
From the spring semester 2026, we are looking for a committed and proactive vocational school teacher mbA who will accompany and support our learners in vocational basic education and the vocational baccalaureate. With us, you have the chance to develop new training concepts in an innovative and multifunctional learning and working environment and to implement your ideas creatively. Your Tasks
- You impart knowledge in the subject German to our learners and accompany them on their path in vocational basic education and the vocational baccalaureate.
- In our modern learning environment, you develop and implement creative and future-oriented training concepts.
- You promote the social development of our learners and support them in their professional and personal development.
- With your enthusiasm for the subject, you inspire the learners and motivate them to realize their full potential.
Your Profile
- You have completed a degree in German studies and hold the diploma for teaching at the secondary level II. In addition, you have completed further training in vocational pedagogy.
- You enjoy inspiring young people and motivating them with new ideas.
- You are creative and enjoy developing and applying innovative teaching methods and have a high technological affinity to effectively integrate modern tools and digital media into teaching.
- Your social skills help you promote the personal development of learners and accompany them individually.
- Initiative, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility characterize you.
