Your mission

• Take responsibility: Strategic and operational management of the logistics and transport division with around 200 employees

• Create efficiency: Ensure smooth, economical processes – including the introduction and control of modern dispatch and route planning software

• Develop instead of manage: Continuous optimization of processes, structures, and KPIs

• Co-create: Close collaboration with other company divisions and an active role in shaping the overall strategy

• Keep numbers under control: Responsibility for budget and investments

• Live leadership: Leading, promoting, and developing the subordinate teams

• Shape the work environment: Further development and maintenance of a high-performing, motivating, and appreciative leadership culture

Your profile

• Several years of leadership experience in the logistics/transport industry – ideally with responsibility for large teams (100+ employees)

• Completed higher education in logistics, business administration, or engineering (FH/HF or equivalent)

• Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and the ability to combine operational efficiency with strategic foresight

• Confident handling of key figures, IT-supported logistics processes, and modern leadership tools

• Strong communication and leadership skills: You know how to engage, inspire, and develop people
