• You lead the procedures for the child and adult protection cases assigned to you.
• Together with our social assessment service, you conduct assessments regarding the protection needs of our clients.
• You conduct hearings of affected persons and other involved parties.
• Together with the team or independently, you make decisions that you have prepared.
• You supervise ongoing child and adult protection measures.
• You actively participate in the further development of the legal application in child and adult protection.
• You advise guardians as well as specialist agencies and institutions.

• You have a completed university degree – preferably in law, alternatively in education, social work, or psychology.
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in child and adult protection or a related field.
• High empathy and no fear of contact with people in all life situations characterize you.
• You are a trustworthy and resilient personality with joy in interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Confident written and oral expression in German is a matter of course for you.
