Product Manager for M365 Office Automation at the Information Systems Department
The Information Systems Department of CHUV is looking for a Product Manager for M365 Office Automation to strengthen its Digital Workplace team, within the framework of a permanent contract at 80–100% starting November 1, 2025.
Context
The University Hospital of Lausanne (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in medical care, research, and education.
Attached to the Infrastructure Department, the Information Systems Department (DSI) is responsible for all IT and telecommunications services of the institution. The Digital Workplace team ensures the operation, maintenance, and development of the digital work environment for CHUV employees.
Mission
- You take charge of the operation and development of office applications and M365 services in the Digital Workplace domain
- You ensure operation: incident and standard request handling, procedure writing, proactive maintenance, resolution of complex problems with the concerned teams
- You manage the transition: prioritization of change requests, testing, support for updates, management of impact on clinical and user processes
- You lead operational relations with user services and suppliers: monitoring committees, management of malfunctions, budget follow-up, calls for tenders
- You represent CHUV in external networks and participate in technological watch.
Profile
- You hold a Master’s degree from EPFL, HES, UNI, or an equivalent recognized title
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the administration of M365 and Office services
- You master license management, service administration, and M365 collaborative tools
- You know ITIL processes, HERMES methodology, and practices of an institutional DSI
- You are structured, autonomous, rigorous, results- and solution-oriented
- You demonstrate very good interpersonal and communication skills, including in stressful or change management contexts
- You master English (spoken and written, minimum level B2)
