Tasks
As head of the office, you bear the personnel, organizational, and strategic responsibility for the AKES. You ensure that the official mandates are managed according to professional standards, high quality is implemented, and innovations are promoted. You foster interdisciplinary collaboration with the responsible authority as well as with municipal and private providers. Furthermore, you develop well-founded decision-making bases for the Social Directorate management.
You will be supported by the management of the Olten social region, of which you are also a member as head of AKES.
Expectations
- Tertiary degree in social work, psychology, or law
- Further training in social management or willingness to complete it
- Solid experience in the field of child and adult protection
- Leadership experience
- Organizational strength, business understanding, and experience in quality management and process development
- Stable, resilient, and assertive personality with pronounced communication skills
