Your Tasks
- Accompanying and supporting our residents (m/f/d) in practical life skills
- Promoting the participation of our residents (m/f/d) in community and social life
- Supporting the establishment and maintenance of social contacts and skills
- Conducting daily and weekly structured activities, psychosocial care
- Creating individual support plans and progress reports
- Documenting the services provided
- Taking on organizational tasks
- Participating in team meetings, supervisions, overall/support plan discussions, and further training
Your Profile
- Completed studies in social pedagogy/social work (Bachelor with state recognition) or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with people with severe and very severe mental illnesses and forensic patients (m/f/d) desirable
- Appreciative attitude and resident-oriented approach to work
- Creativity, teamwork skills, ability to reflect, flexibility, and commitment
- Strong social competence and communication skills
- Independent and reliable working style
