Your Tasks

Accompanying and supporting our residents (m/f/d) in practical life skills
Promoting the participation of our residents (m/f/d) in community and social life
Supporting the establishment and maintenance of social contacts and skills
Conducting daily and weekly structured activities, psychosocial care
Creating individual support plans and progress reports
Documenting the services provided
Taking on organizational tasks
Participating in team meetings, supervisions, overall/support plan discussions, and further training

Your Profile

Completed studies in social pedagogy/social work (Bachelor with state recognition) or equivalent qualification
Experience working with people with severe and very severe mental illnesses and forensic patients (m/f/d) desirable
Appreciative attitude and resident-oriented approach to work
Creativity, teamwork skills, ability to reflect, flexibility, and commitment
Strong social competence and communication skills
Independent and reliable working style
