As such, the Nursing Directorate oversees all nursing activities (nurses and various health professional groups). Job Description
In this role, you provide secretarial support to the Deputy Head of Nursing and contribute to the smooth daily operation of the organization. You ensure the fluidity of administrative and operational activities by proactively managing the calendar and messaging, preparing necessary files and documents, and guaranteeing the quality of internal and external communications. Your role allows management to focus on strategic tasks while you handle the coordination of practical and organizational aspects.
You are responsible for organizing and following up on meetings, drafting minutes, and managing correspondence. You also oversee staff entries and exits, ensuring the reception and integration of employees. Your service orientation and rigor guarantee high-quality telephone and in-person reception, as expected in an executive secretariat.
As the interface between the Deputy Head of Nursing and various stakeholders, you relay information clearly and precisely, participate in certain meetings, and help maintain smooth and effective communication within the department. You organize business trips and participate in the organization of internal events by coordinating involved parties and ensuring budget compliance.
You are also called upon to follow transversal projects, coordinate various participants, and ensure administrative and financial follow-up, notably by processing expense reports and validating invoices. Your ability to anticipate needs and manage unforeseen events will be essential to guarantee continuity and efficiency of activities.
Finally, you ensure the confidentiality of sensitive and strategic information, particularly those related to human resources and management decisions. You know how to react quickly to emergencies and unforeseen events, providing reliable and discreet support in all situations.
Qualifications
You hold a diploma or a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification.
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
You have excellent written and spoken French language skills as well as very good computer knowledge.
You have excellent mastery of Microsoft 365 tools and communication tools.
You have strong writing skills and ease in interpersonal contacts.
You have a high sense of relational skills.
You are proactive and a source of proposals.
While having a good sense of organization and priorities, you are autonomous, rigorous, and precise in the tasks assigned to you and have a keen sense of confidentiality.

The workplace is within the operating rooms, which requires ensuring the sterility of the environment, for example:
Changing to wear the operating room attire every day and each time you enter and exit the operating rooms.
A canteen is available with bread, cheese, and yogurts, but no hot meals are offered inside the operating room. It has several microwaves.
Not too much jewelry or fake nails.
