Your Profile

You have completed training as a construction manager, HF technician in building construction, or an equivalent qualification successfully
Several years of construction management experience with diverse and demanding building projects
Independent working style, assertiveness, team player

Your Challenges

Comprehensive supervision of demanding general contractor/subcontractor buildings until turnkey handover
Responsibility for on-site construction management
Responsible for organizing the construction process and scheduling
Support in the awarding process
As a contact person, you are available to external and internal customers, architects, specialist planners,
authorities, contractors, and craftsmen
