What to expect
- Strategic role: As part of the Alltron Sales Management team, you take on the operational and strategic leadership of the specialist retail team. You are responsible for leading the account managers and bear the result responsibility for the specialist retail portfolio.
- Team leadership: You actively lead and coordinate the support team and promote the professional as well as personal development of the team members.
- Efficient communication: You ensure smooth and complete communication flow and effective collaboration between marketing, product management, and other sales areas.
- Customer orientation: You analyze customer requirements and further develop processes, automations, and digitalizations in close cooperation with the sales channel manager and central marketing.
- Market analysis and projects: You participate in overarching projects and are responsible for analyzing market movements and trends. You derive measures to optimize partner support and business development.
What you bring
- Education: A completed commercial training or basic ICT training as well as advanced training in marketing, sales, and/or business administration (HF or FH).
- Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience and project management knowledge. Experience in the ICT environment is an advantage.
- Social skills: You bring pronounced social skills and enjoy interacting with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels.
- Analytical skills: You have a quick grasp, strong analytical skills, and very good work and self-organization.
- Language skills: Fluent German in spoken and written form; French and/or English skills are an advantage.
