Tasks

Skills
- You have a diploma in nursing and extensive experience in Spitex.
- Proficient in RAI-HC, needs assessments, and MS Office tools.
- Fluent in French and German; Italian is a plus.

- In addition to a successfully completed training as a certified nurse (HF/FH), you bring several years of experience in the Spitex area, including case management
- Your confident handling of RAI-HC and needs assessments, your solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), as well as your negotiation skills and assertiveness complete your profile
- You communicate fluently in French and German, both orally and in writing; Italian is a plus
