YOUR TASKS

• You actively, empathetically and warmly care for our patients – and are the first contact person for non-medical requests.
• You ensure smooth meal ordering and beverage service – with a smile and great sensitivity.
• You coordinate catering requests between medicine, nutritional counseling and kitchen.
• Order in the patient room is close to your heart – you create an atmosphere to feel comfortable.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in hospitality, gastronomy or healthcare.
• Training as a hotel specialist or restaurant specialist is a plus.
• You communicate clearly, friendly and fluently in German.
• You have a good sense for people, are team-oriented and flexible (Mon–Sun).
• You can handle IT programs and work in a structured way.

We work in shift operation from Monday to Sunday, between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm – without split shifts, without room hours. This also leaves time for your private life.
