Head of Service / Deputy Operations Manager

Your tasks:
- Deputizing for the operations manager during their absence, including planning of personnel deployment and various administrative tasks
- Guest care from reception to farewell
- Independent management of a station including billing
- Planning and implementation of banquets
- Collaboration in the selection of wines and drinks for the respective menus
- Execution of orders, inventory management and stocktaking
You bring with you:
- Experience in gastronomy required
- Host personality and enjoyment in dealing with guests
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts at events and functions
- Resilient, team player and quick comprehension
- Very good knowledge of German
- Enjoyment in experiencing the Graubünden mountain world
