Care & Hospice in Werdenberg offers 75 residents individual, dignified care and support in the specialized areas of transitional care, long-term/complex care, dementia care, as well as specialized palliative care in the hospice. We create a family-like home, accompany people and relatives through challenging phases of life, and ensure nursing care needs at a high level.

Health Specialist FAGE
Tasks
- Care, support, and accompaniment of people with dementia in their personal uniqueness
- Promote support, dignity, and quality of life of the residents
- Flexible deployment of various care and support focuses in coordination with the team
- Contact person for residents and relatives; organization and communication
Requirements
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (FAGE) or equivalent qualification
- High social competence, empathy, sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Ability to work in a team, independent working style, and reliability
- Willingness to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams
