Then this varied position is the right one for you. You lead our engineering department in the field of control technology and automation. In this role, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of our power plant and power grid projects in the department. You lead a team of about 15 experienced engineers and technicians at various locations. With your solid technical understanding and your sociability in dealing with internal and external contacts, you are an important leader at Repower and can make a big impact.

This is what you do

• Technical and personnel management of the control technology and automation department
• Technical management of planning activities in the areas of control technology, automation, electrical installations, and building technology
• Ensuring high-quality and timely implementation of renovation, conversion, and new construction projects
• Preparation of technical decision-making bases such as expert reports and variant studies
• Ensuring and enforcing safety and quality requirements in planning and on the construction site
• Coordination and technical support for construction site activities and commissioning
• Control and optimization of interdisciplinary processes in the planning area
• Contact person for customers and suppliers in the technical and commercial area

This is what you bring

• Training as a HF technician or FH/ETH engineer in automation or communication technology
• Business management training desirable
• Leadership experience or many years of project management experience
• Several years of planning and project management experience in power plant or plant construction
• Very good hardware and software knowledge in the field and experience with modern planning tools
• Assertiveness, resilience, analytical and independent working style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Committed, open, and customer-oriented personality
• Good German skills (at least B1), knowledge of Italian is an advantage
