- first point of contact for all concerns of our players via chat, e-mail, and telephone
- answer questions about games or functions of our platform, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, or the social concept
- ensure smooth and efficient business operations as a team player with friendly communication and flexibility
- close cooperation with internal and external departments
- communication in German, French, and English
- ensure very high customer satisfaction
What you bring
- a completed education (career changers also welcome)
- experience in customer service is an advantage
- a high level of customer and service orientation
- fast and uncomplicated communication via live chat, e-mail, and telephone
- team player spirit and good manners
- networked thinking and openness to new situations
- technical flair to easily operate different web-based tools and web browsers in parallel
- excellent oral and written German skills, very good French skills, English and Italian as well as other languages are an advantage
- high reliability and willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
- impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extracts will be requested before contract conclusion)
- minimum age 18 years
