We support people in independent living and contribute to their quality of life. Spitex Thal is a non-profit organization and provides professional and comprehensive care and support at home on behalf of the 8 municipalities in Thal. 

We are looking for you 

Certified Nurse HF for our handover team (40% workload or by arrangement, fixed working days possible)

You bring with you

• Completed nursing training at tertiary level
• High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility
• Familiarity with the interRAI HC assessment tool
• Openness to new things
• Enjoyment of change and interprofessional collaboration
• Driver's license category B

Your task

• Responsibility for the entire nursing process
• Conducting needs assessments and creating care plans 
• Strengthening our handover team and actively participating in the further development and expansion of this specialized service
