YOUR ROLE - THIS AWAITS YOU

Team leadership: You lead a team, continuously develop it, and promote collaboration. You coordinate project staffing for your team members.
Personnel management: You take care of recruiting, further development, and retention of employees.
Further development: You advance adesso's internal test strategies on current topics such as test automation, AI-supported testing, or cloud technologies.
Market observation and trend analysis: You monitor the market and current trends and develop ideas for innovations of our products from them.
Customer relationships: You continuously build and expand your customer network. You are the direct contact person for our customers. You expand customer relationships and are operationally involved in projects. You see strategic and methodological consulting of customers in all testing-related questions as your task.
Project work: You bring in your expertise as a test manager, engineer, or analyst and take on leadership roles in projects.

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING

Your education: You have completed studies in business informatics or have another suitable qualification.
Technical knowledge: Methodical and practical experience in test automation/scripting with at least one automation tool such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, UFT, Tosca, SoapUI
Certificates: Ideally, you have certifications as Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst and ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
Experience: Several years of practical professional experience in various areas of software testing. Your good conceptual and analytical skills as well as your communication strength and quick comprehension distinguish you. Your appearance is convincing and confident.
Leadership qualities: You have initial leadership experience or want to grow into a leadership role and build and further develop a team.
Communication: You enjoy constant exchange with all parties involved, are socially competent, and communicate confidently and appropriately for the target group.
Language skills: You speak very good German (C1) and are willing to travel.
