We are a fiduciary company with around 30 employees located in Rapperswil-Jona, Arbon, and Wattwil. With a young and dynamic team, we advise our clients personally, competently, and holistically in the areas of fiduciary,
taxes, and auditing.
We are looking for a fiduciary mandate manager (100% position or part-time) for our office in Rapperswil-Jona
immediately or by arrangement.
Your profile
You have experience in the fiduciary sector and know: fiduciary is your field.
You have ideally trained as a certified fiduciary expert, certified tax expert, or certified auditor, or are in training for it.
You are used to working independently and accurately and have a flair for IT.
You are customer- and service-oriented and have a high quality standard for
your work.
Your tasks
Fiduciary: You manage fiduciary mandates in various sectors.
Business management: You lead demanding projects: supporting start-ups in all
phases, succession planning, restructuring, and transactions of companies. Initially in collaboration with our experienced mandate managers, then increasingly independently.
Tax consulting: You support complex
tax projects and legal proceedings in collaboration with our tax experts.
Auditing: You take responsibility for limited and regular
audits, together with our senior auditors.
