You inspire your customers with your travel knowledge, while also valuing a personal relationship with them – whether during the first contact in or outside the branch, during the trip, or during the shared reflection after the trip. You as a travel consultant:
- are German-speaking, with very good French skills
- have already acquired travel agency expertise
- actively bring in your several months of travel experience outside of Europe
- sell and book trips with all components (flights, accommodations, tours, transport, etc.)
- also take care of our customers' online bookings
- are empathetic and respond to your customers' travel needs
approach people openly, whether in the branch or at assignments outside the branch
- have a strong willingness to sell and provide services
- work independently, proactively, and organized
