In this key role, you combine assistant tasks with project responsibility for a modern working world – right in the political life of the city of Lucerne. We are looking for you to operationally relieve the directorate and actively shape the future.
Your tasks
- You ensure a modern work organization by analyzing our processes and independently implementing projects in the field of digital transformation.
- You support your colleague with general secretarial tasks and act as the contact point for the directorate for internal and external inquiries, prioritizing and answering them as independently as possible.
- You take on organizational and administrative tasks for the political head and the directorate staff.
- You process and clean up the directorate's business for the city council and other committees.
Your profile
- You have a tertiary degree (e.g., FH / HF) in business administration, administration, or a related field.
- Ideally, you have experience or further training in the field of digitalization or process management.
- You bring solid MS 365 knowledge, work very proficiently with MS Teams, and preferably already have experience with business management systems (especially CMI).
- You are flexible and enjoy combining classic assistant tasks with exciting project management in the field of digital transformation.
- You work in a structured, forward-looking, independent, and precise manner.
- Your communication in German is confident, clear, and correct.
- Discretion, service orientation, and humor characterize you.
