Metalworker as Production Manager!
Activities
- Management and coordination of metal construction projects from planning to handover
- Technical clarifications with customers, architects, suppliers, and internal departments
- Preparation of calculations, offers, and project plans
- Monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality
- Leading assembly teams and close cooperation with the workshop
- Participation in construction meetings and coordination of assembly processes
- Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with guidelines
Requirements
- Completed training in metal construction (metalworker, metal construction technician, designer, or similar)
- Further training as a master metalworker, HF technician, project manager, or comparable qualification is an advantage
- Several years of experience in project management in metal or steel construction
- Good CAD and Office skills
- Assertive, communicative, and solution-oriented personality
- Organizational talent with entrepreneurial thinking
