Your tasks
- Manage accounts payable/accounts receivable process, posting & account assignment
- Timely processing of payment transactions, consolidate cash/till closings from gastronomy/hotel/operations
- Account reconciliations, assist with monthly/year-end closing
- Master data maintenance, reports; cooperation with fiduciary & department management
- Operational purchasing for all affiliated operations such as gastronomy, hotel & technology (orders, disposition, billing)
- Obtain offers, compare price/performance, co-design framework agreements
Your profile
- Commercial basic training; further training in accounting clerical work is an advantage
- Professional experience in accounting (gastronomy/hotel/multi-operation environment is an advantage)
- Good IT user skills in Abacus and IT affinity (MS Office / Excel)
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Reliable, precise, and independent working style
- Solution-oriented and networked thinking and service-oriented appearance
- Accurate, reliable working style; proficient with common ERP/Excel
