The Health Professions Department is looking to complement the Quality Assurance and Support staff unit with a committed individual with an eye for detail, available immediately or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
- You take responsibility and coordinate all processes within the scope of ISO certification
- You drive the digitization of processes in the recognition and registration of domestic and foreign health diplomas
- You play a key role in the further development of two specific IT applications and (co-)lead related projects
- You support the team in developing and concretely implementing innovative ideas
- You are significantly involved in the annual reporting for external partners, write reports, maintain statistics, and prepare presentations
What you bring
- You have completed commercial or business administration training or have equivalent professional experience
- Ideally, you bring further training in project management, quality assurance, innovation, and/or digitization
- Very good practical knowledge of MS Office products, a general IT affinity, and the willingness to familiarize yourself with previously unknown applications complete your profile
- You enjoy detail-oriented and systematic work
- You convince with your teamwork skills and strong customer orientation
- Your very good oral and written language skills in German or French are complemented by good knowledge of another national language
