• Overall responsibility for the entire operation together with the management team

• Preparing daily closings, preparing monthly closings
• Active participation in all areas to lead the operation to success
• Contact person, central point for employees, guests, and neighbors
• General correspondence and personnel administration
• You think out of the box, sense trends, and organize attractive events
• You enjoy taking care of the basic elements of an operation, such as HACCP, good staff planning, and basic training
