About us

As a leading company in the cleaning industry, we stand for quality, reliability, and innovation. For our location in Wil, we are looking for a committed Team Leader Warehouse & Logistics who takes responsibility and shapes efficient, modern logistics processes together with us.

Your tasks

• Professional leadership and deployment planning as well as motivation and development of 2 logistics employees and 3 logistics apprentices
• Ensuring smooth daily operations in goods receipt, order picking, shipping, and warehouse management
• Responsibility for inventory management, stocktaking, and continuous process optimizations
• Monitoring and compliance with safety, quality, and order regulations
• Coordination of transports, freight forwarders, and internal goods flows
• Maintenance and execution of all relevant bookings in the SAP system
• Purchasing of consumables and performing other administrative tasks
• Close cooperation with service, sales, and back office

Your profile

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Valid forklift license
• Several years of experience in warehouse & logistics, ideally with leadership experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge desirable
• Organizational strength, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
• High service orientation, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills
• Structured working method as well as enthusiasm for improvements and changes
