Your Challenge:
- You support the head of the Lyss butchery in daily tasks
- You are responsible for supervising the execution of all work
- In this varied role, you lead around 60 employees in tandem
- You monitor goods disposition and the flow of goods and manage daily work processes based on the production plan
- You oversee the quality and production of raw materials and independently carry out safety checks in the assigned area
- Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring the functionality of the butchery in coordination with building services and act as their contact person
Your Profile:
- You have completed vocational training as a meat specialist
- You already have initial leadership experience in food production
- You have an independent and structured way of working and present yourself confidently and professionally
- You lead by example and motivate employees to master daily challenges as a team. You also actively assist in production when needed
- Good PC skills in MS Office and CSB are an advantage
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
