Key Account Manager Food Service / Head of Field Sales
Do you want to work in Key Account Management and enjoy developing a team? Then you are in the right place! As Key Account Manager Food Service / Head of Field Sales, you take on a central role in sales and develop solutions together with your team that advance our gastronomy customers (Care, HoReCa, Industry, Bakeries).
Your future main tasks:
- Strategic and personal support of assigned key customers including expansion of existing partnerships and development of customer-specific solutions
- Responsibility for sales, budget, and target achievement to sustainably ensure business success
- Analysis of customer and market needs to derive appropriate measures
- Optimization of processes and structures to increase efficiency in daily sales operations
- Close cooperation with internal sales, marketing, and sales management to ensure consistent implementation of the sales strategy
- Leadership and coaching of around 9 field sales employees to specifically promote and further develop them
Your ideal qualifications:
- Several years of experience as a Key Account Manager with solid expertise in the Swiss Food Service market and initial leadership experience
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, good oral French skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation skills, as well as analytical and conceptual strength
- Good communication skills with enthusiasm for developing people and processes
