What to expect

Responsibility for the service recording process according to TARMED and TARDOC
Operating and further developing the outpatient tariff structure within the company
Optimizing service control by independently developing technical workflows in the Syrius billing system including testing
Clarifications with internal and external partners, e.g. for tariff inquiries as well as checking and assessing specialist inquiries
Quality inspection and control of service recording and billing
Ensuring the currency and implementation of regulations, instructions, and processes
Organization and management of internal specialist conferences and training, participation in external meetings and committees

What you bring

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
Sound knowledge of the Swiss health and health insurance system, especially TARMED and TARDOC
Several years of experience in specialist management or in the service area of a health insurance company in the field of outpatient tariffs
Confident handling of billing software SYRIUS and MS Office
Independent, careful working style as well as high social competence
Team-oriented and solution-oriented personality
Business fluent German; foreign language skills are an advantage
