The Alterszentrum Region Bülach Foundation includes 159 nursing places and 29 senior apartments at six different locations, Spitex services, as well as a public restaurant. With around 350 employees, our foundation is one of the larger employers in the Zurich lowlands.

For the assisted living at our location in Grampen, we are looking for a

Head of Department Nursing & Care (80-100%)

starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

What awaits you

• Professional and personnel management of the team with around 17 employees
• Ensuring high quality within the nursing process and motivating the team to always achieve the highest possible quality of life for the residents
• Ensuring needs-oriented daily structuring together with your team
• Planning and controlling personnel deployment within the framework of the specified staffing plan
• Organizing team meetings, work meetings, and team development measures
• Further development of nursing within the foundation, active exchange in the management team, and taking on topic-specific project responsibility

What you bring with you

• Training as a certified nursing specialist HF
• Leadership training and experience in a leadership position
• Professional experience in long-term care institution/geriatrics
• Good RAI LTCF and PC skills, very good German skills (spoken and written)
• Teamwork skills and appreciation of people
• Open and active personality with initiative
