As a maternity cover and for a fixed term of one year, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Communication Specialist and Social Media Manager, 80-100%.
Your area of responsibility
- Accompany current topics: You are responsible for the topic-specific implementation of communication measures aimed at internal and external target groups.
- Manage and further develop social media: You manage the Health Directorate's social media channels and coordinate their content. This includes planning, implementing, and publishing posts, as well as monitoring reactions.
- Support departments: In close cooperation with the departments of the Health Directorate, you contribute to the creation of publications such as the annual report and provide editorial and communication support in projects.
- Administration: You support the team with administrative tasks necessary for the smooth handling of departmental duties.
Your profile
- You are a communication professional with solid experience in comparable roles.
- You understand communication as a strategic element and write at the highest level.
- You have organizational skills and are willing to take on administrative tasks.
- You work in a structured and extremely precise manner and, through your foresight, recognize overall contexts and possible problems early.
- You bring creativity and ideally experience in social media.
- Good knowledge of the healthcare system and cantonal politics is an advantage.
