Your tasks include
- Assistance with all administrative HR tasks
- Collaboration in handling all social events
- Participation in recruitment processes including creating and publishing job ads
- Assistance in process and document management
- Support for organizing Triaplus internal events
You bring with you
- Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ with proven professional experience in HR administration, preferably in healthcare
- Great enthusiasm for administrative tasks
- High quality standards, independent working style, and strong social skills
- Precise, structured working method as well as networked thinking ability
- Confident, upbeat, and quick-learning personality
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office
