You will independently manage an interesting real estate portfolio of commercial properties and will be actively supported by an assistant.

• Independent management of an exciting real estate portfolio of commercial buildings as well as residential properties
• Professional leadership of assistants or junior property managers
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
• Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
• Coordinating and implementing leasing activities
• Assisting in the strategic planning of the real estate portfolio
• Inspecting the properties for their structural condition and organizing maintenance work
• Creating owner reports as well as control and condition reports

• A commercial degree with a certificate in property management is essential
• You have worked in management for at least 3 years
• Fluent German is a must, foreign language skills are a plus
• You are brave, flexible, and set necessary priorities
• As a real estate professional, you enjoy facing new challenges
