Your Tasks
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the medical consultation hours
- Scheduling consultation, treatment, and diagnostic appointments
- Performing specific diagnostic activities in the area of deployment with patient care as well as assisting with examinations
- Performing venous and capillary blood draws, infusions, and injections
- Transcribing from dictation, correcting and sending various outpatient and inpatient reports, composing various correspondences, and taking minutes of various meetings as needed
- Targeted support in process development
- Meticulous maintenance of patient records in the electronic patient dossier (KISIM/Navision) and serving as the telephone contact person for patients as well as internal and external partners
Your Profile
- A completed vocational training as MPA, Health Specialist, or Certified Nursing Specialist
- A strong affinity for handling medical technical devices and PCs
- Confident German language skills with solid terminology knowledge, reflecting our professionalism in transcribing from dictation as well as in handling all correspondences
- Forward-looking organizational talent as well as a reliable, team-oriented, solution-focused, and highly patient- and service-oriented personality
- Interest and joy in the profession and interdisciplinary teamwork
- Willingness to contribute ideas, learn new things, and help shape the further development of the consultation hours
