• Control, account assignment, and booking of all documents in the areas of cash and accounts payable
• Account reconciliation
• Invoice control / payment runs
• Assistance with monthly / quarterly / annual closings
• Support and advice for branches and internal departments

• You have completed training and have initial experience in office/IT
• You enjoy working with people and are a team player
• You are communicative and preferably multilingual (D/F/I/E)
• You are comfortable working with IT applications (SAP R/3 and/or MS Office)
• You have a good sense for numbers
• Commitment, reliability, and a quick grasp characterize you
• You are open to new tasks
