Your tasks
- Carrying out care and support measures for clients at home
- Support with basic and treatment care according to care planning
- Observation of the health status and passing on relevant information
- Accompaniment and support in everyday life
- Care documentation according to internal guidelines
- Collaboration with HF/FH nursing professionals and the interdisciplinary team
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Ideally experience in Spitex or in long-term/acute care
- Independent, responsible and flexible way of working
- High social competence, empathy and joy in working with people
- Teamwork and reliability
- Driver's license category B
